Recently, TNT Transport Services received another outstanding service review for delivering where others continually fail, that is in keeping promises made to customers. Late last month TNT received a call from a woman in desperate need of having her vehicle shipped. It was right in the middle of the holiday season, between Christmas and New Years, and she had scheduled her shipment with a low cost broker a month prior. After a few weeks of having her vehicle booked with that broker, and the vehicle still had not moved from the location at origin, the customer grew more and more worried. It was now just a couple of days before the holiday weekend and she was not getting anywhere with that broker. Finally, she read some reviews on line and decided to give TNT a call. Every transport company knows that having vehicles shipped during the winter holidays requires notice well in advance since many drivers take time off during that time of year.
