"First and foremost, thank you sincerely for the incredible service that you provided to my fiancé and me on our move from Anaheim, CA to Madison, AL. We received your comment/survey card in the mail and I filled it out, but I just didn't have enough room to express exactly how we felt and so I never mailed it out.

I contacted your company for a quote on transporting our vehicle after spending forty or more hours in the internet conducting research on all of the companies out there. I picked up the phone and even called a few of them (despite horrific consumer reviews just to see if maybe it had been a fluke). Some numbers just rang and rang, some answered with irritation in their voices and some just went to voice mail. Upon calling Tn'T, I was able to get through right away and the person taking my call was Kathryn.

Kathryn is an incredible asset to your company. I probably asked her 25 different questions and she remained patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the conversation. I was a first timer and nervous!! Who could I be able to trust to transport my baby? Well, Kathryn definitely put all of my concerns to rest. In the end, we opted for a door to terminal service, since our circumstances were a little weird. We were moving to Madison, Alabama, but we were also driving our truck and towing a trailer with our household goods inside.

So every thing was set and the vehicle was picked up and we were ready to move to Alabama. To make a really long story short, we ended up getting delayed on the road and then if things couldn't get worse, we ended up getting in to an accident and flipping the trailer about 100 miles short of our destination. Kathryn remained in contact with us throughout the whole process and ensured that Tn'T would hold our vehicle in transit in Illinois until we were safe and back on track. When we finally made it to our destination I called Kathryn and advised her that we had made it.

Kathryn said that she would get our vehicle to the terminal as soon as possible. Well, she went above and beyond her call of duty! Not only did she get our vehicle to us by that Friday, mid day (which was only a day and a half later), but she had it delivered to our door for no additional charge!! At that point we really needed for just one thing to go right and this was it.

I do not know any other way to express our complete gratitude to your company - but you guys did it right!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I know that our experience was from the results of many individuals in your organization and we appreciate that. I must point out again that Kathryn is an incredible asset to your company and if this world had just a few more customer service agents like her around, we would be in a much better place.
